Czasami system przestaje odpowiadać, mogę ruszać myszką, i kursor zmienia się zależnie od elementu pod nim ale nie mogę nic zrobić, po przełączeniu na tty i z powrotem pokazuję się takie coś (Screen, widać że własne skróty klawiszowe działają). Nie mogę nic zrobić dla tego w tty wpisuję killall5. Proszę o pomoc w diagnozie i rozwiązaniu, jestem dość zielony, nie wiem też czy to poprawny dział.

Nie wiem, czy to to, ale korzystałem z Gnome 3 (na SuSE). Podobnie jak Ty, również posiadam kartę ATI i... to może być przyczyna problemów. Ponoć G3 i ATI bardzo się nie lubią. Również miałem zawiechy, system nie dopowiadał i kończyło się resetem.

Podłączę się do tematu. Mam to samo tylko, że na Xfce. Mam zainstalowany Linux Mint Maya. Głównie dzieje sie to po powrocie do kompa po kilku minutach bezruchu. Tak poza tym system chodzi płynnie, choć komputer trochę starszy (amd sempron 2600, nvidia geforce 128 mb, dysk sata samsung 80 gb, 1gb ram).
Sterowników od nvidii jeszcze nie zainstalowałem, bo muszę najpierw skonfigurować neta.
